DUCKS AND MORE – USER AGREEMENT & TERMS OF USE
1. Experience Description
By signing this agreement, the participant (“you”) acknowledges that you are taking part in a guided or self-guided driving experience with a classic Citroën 2CV, provided by Ducks and More. This is not a car rental service, but a curated, temporary usage of a vintage vehicle as part of an experience.
2. Contribution & Costs
A reasonable fee is requested to cover the operational costs, including maintenance, insurance, and preparation of the vehicle. This fee does not constitute a rental fee but a contribution to the offered experience.
3. Insurance
All vehicles are insured under a standard liability and passenger insurance policy applicable in Spain. However, the driver is responsible for complying with traffic regulations and for operating the vehicle with due care.
4. Driver Requirements
- You must be at least 25 years old.
- You must hold a valid EU or international driving license, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- You must sign this agreement and provide a copy of your ID and driver’s license.
5. Usage Rules
- You are allowed to drive the vehicle only along the agreed route or area, as explained before departure.
- You may not use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication affecting driving ability.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was handed over.
6. Vehicle Capacity
- Each Citroën 2CV may carry a maximum of 4 persons, including the driver.
- The total combined weight of all passengers and luggage may not exceed 400 kilograms.
- Overloading the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of the experience without refund, and full liability for any resulting damage.
7. Fuel Policy – Full to Full
- The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel.
- You are expected to return the vehicle with a full tank as well.
- If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, Ducks and More reserves the right to charge the missing fuel cost plus a €15 refueling service fee.
8. Responsibility
Ducks and More cannot be held liable for any fines, penalties, or damage resulting from improper use or violation of traffic laws by the participant. In case of damage due to negligence, a deductible may apply.
9. Cancellation & Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an experience due to weather conditions or technical issues. In such cases, you will receive a refund or be offered a new date.
